Online Purchases-

Thank you for shopping at Just Bags Luggage Center. If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason we would like to hear about it; please contact us at: [email protected]

Any item discounted 40% or more is a FINAL SALE.

Online Purchases may be returned within 10 days of receiving the merchandise for a full refund (excluding shipping costs, if applicable).  The following conditions apply for all returns.

The merchandise is unused, in original packaging, and with tags still attached

 Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift Cards and Personal care items/PPE are Final Sale.

If you need to return an item, you must obtain a Return Authorization from us by phone or email.

Our customer service team will get back to you within 48 hours.  Further information on how to return your item will be sent to you at that time.   Please note that customers will be responsible for any return shipping costs and a trackable shipping option must be used.  Any shipping costs are also non refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
