Just Bags ships all orders via Canada Post Expedited Shipping service. All Canadian orders over $99 receive free Expedited Shipping!*
*Offer does not apply to Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut.
The majority of Just Bags orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario. At this time we only ship to Canadian addresses.
Just Bags does not guarantee delivery times and does not accept responsibility for late packages. Just Bags ships most orders within 2 business days of confirmation of order. Customers will be contacted in the case of delayed shipping of their order.
The customer is responsible for any charges or penalties that result from incorrect address information submitted by the customer.

Any items discounted 40% or more are FINAL SALE.
Most other Online Purchases may be returned within 10 days of receiving the merchandise for a full refund (excluding shipping costs, if applicable). The following conditions apply for all returns.
The merchandise is unused, in original packaging, and with tags still attached
Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift Cards and Personal care items/PPE are Final Sale.
If you need to return an item, you must obtain a Return Authorization from us by phone or email.

Our customer service team will get back to you within 48 hours. Further information on how to return your item will be sent to you at that time. Please note that customers will be responsible for any return shipping costs and a trackable shipping option must be used. Any shipping costs are also non refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
