Free Shipping:

Just Bags ships all orders via  UPS standard, Purolator, ICS Courier, or Canada Post Expedited Shipping service, .  Courier varies depending on region. All Canadian orders over $99 receive free Expedited Shipping!*

*Offer does not apply to Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut. 

Shipping policy:

The majority of Just Bags orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario.  

Just Bags does not guarantee delivery times and does not accept responsibility for late packages. Just Bags ships most orders within 2 business days of confirmation of order. Customers will be contacted in the case of delayed shipping of their order. 

The customer is responsible for any charges or penalties that result from incorrect address information submitted by the customer.
 
Damaged Products
 
If the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at [email protected]. We may ask you to provide us with pictures or return the item within 48 hours of receipt. We will then issue a refund or replace the damaged product. Please keep the item(s) and its packaging in case they’re required for the claim assessment. 
 
 
Shipments to the US:
 
Just Bags does offer shipping to the US on certain items.  If you are interested in ordering an items for US delivery, please email us @ [email protected] with the details of the item you are interested in, and your full shipping address.  We will get back to you with the cost of shipping to your destination.  Any taxes, duties, and brokerage charges are the responsibility of the receiver. Shipping fees start at $30.00 CAD.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser and we do recommend a tracked method for verification of receipt.

Any items discounted 40% or more are FINAL SALE.

Most other Online Purchases may be returned within 10 days of receiving the merchandise for a full refund (excluding shipping costs, if applicable).  The following conditions apply for all returns.

The merchandise is unused, in original packaging, and with tags still attached

 Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift Cards and Personal care items/PPE are Final Sale.

Our customer service team will get back to you within 48 hours.  Further information on how to return your item will be sent to you at that time.   Please note that customers will be responsible for any return shipping costs and a traceable shipping option must be used. Any shipping costs are also non refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
